The CRADA Team Approach
CRADA Corporation is a "boutique" consultancy which provides services to national and international clients in a cost-effective and timely manner on fixed-fee bases or through negotiated contractual agreement. Its consulting projects are controlled by application of strict programming and scheduling of the work statement and the project budget using proven advanced project control procedures. All projects are managed by a principal consultant with a proven record of delivering projects to time and to cost.
Each CRADA Corporation project team is organized and customized to meet the needs and requirements of the client.
Project teams consist of CRADA's professional staff of higher education and business specialists, strategic planners, scientists, engineers, and economists. CRADA's extended staff of consultants generally possess advanced degrees and professional qualification which include several years of "hands-on" experience. Most have been responsible for programs, organizational units, and projects in excess of one million dollars.
